Credit Saint publishes this comparison. We've kept it to facts each company publishes, checked October 2026. CreditRepair.com blocks automated access, so its details come from its homepage and pricing FAQ as archived by the Wayback Machine (October and May 2026). Credit Saint's come from our packages and guarantee pages.
We wrote this page because CreditRepair.com already compares itself with Credit Saint by name on its homepage. That table is a fair place to start, but it leaves out costs and terms that change the math.

Here is what the table does not show:

- Dispute volume. Credit Polish sends 5 disputes per cycle. We did not find a published dispute volume for the Value product.
- Guarantees. Every Credit Saint plan includes the 90-day money-back guarantee. CreditRepair.com does not publish one.
- What else is in Credit Polish: score analysis, a score tracker, creditor intervention letters, educational content and online chat.
- Other companies' current prices. The same table lists The Credit People's Standard plan at $79.99. The Credit People's own pricing page showed $99 a month when we checked.

Comparing like for like
The $49.95 vs $79.99 comparison is a base price against a base price. To compare fairly, line up what you'd pay and what you'd get.
If you want the lowest monthly fee, CreditRepair.com's Value product is $30 a month less than Credit Polish. Ask for its first work fee and dispute volume, then compare six-month totals.
If you want a full-featured plan, the closer match to CreditRepair.com Advanced ($119.95 plus $119.95) is Credit Saint's Credit Remodel ($109.99 plus $99), which adds inquiry targeting and a one-bureau report and score, or Clean Slate ($139.99 plus $195), which adds unlimited disputes and three-bureau reports and scores. Guarantees compared
CreditRepair.com does not publish a money-back guarantee. Its pricing FAQ says that, following the Credit Repair Organizations Act, it "only charges for services that have been completed."
Credit Saint publishes a 90-day money-back guarantee: if you don't see any questionable items deleted from your credit in 90 days, you're entitled to a full refund. The conditions:
- Stay active and current on payments for the first 90 days.
- Send proof of identity within 5 days of signing.
- Don't add new negative accounts during the program.
- Request a refund audit between day 91 and day 120 after your first payment. Credit Saint then has 30 days to review your reports.
It is a refund policy, not a promise that any item will be deleted or that your score will change.
The 2023 CFPB case
CreditRepair.com was a defendant, alongside Lexington Law and their parent companies (PGX Holdings and the Progrexion entities), in the CFPB's lawsuit filed in 2019 in the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah (CFPB case page).
- On March 10, 2023, the court ruled the companies charged upfront fees for telemarketed credit repair in violation of the Telemarketing Sales Rule (16 CFR 310.4).
- The parent and its affiliates, including CreditRepair.com, Inc., filed for Chapter 11 in June 2023 and sold substantially all of their assets that September.
- On August 30, 2023, the court entered a $2,660,926,481 redress judgment, civil penalties, and a 10-year ban on telemarketing credit repair.
- From December 5, 2024 to January 6, 2025, the CFPB distributed $1,849,480,214 to 4,313,921 people who paid Lexington Law or CreditRepair.com (CFPB refund details).

How the process differs
Both companies challenge items that may be inaccurate, incomplete or unverifiable with Equifax, Experian and TransUnion, and the bureaus generally have 30 days to investigate (15 U.S.C. 1681i). Neither can remove accurate, timely information.
CreditRepair.com describes four steps: review all three reports with you, recommend a plan, send challenges and disputes to bureaus and creditors and escalate as needed, then monitor your credit with identity theft alerts and insurance. You follow each item in a case management dashboard or the app.
Credit Saint reviews your reports, then sends challenges to all three bureaus and creditor intervention letters at your tier's volume. Credit Remodel adds inquiry targeting, a personalized credit guide, a one-bureau report and score, and real-time account sync. Clean Slate adds unlimited challenges, three-bureau reports and scores, and a loan readiness program. Support is online chat 9am to 7pm ET on weekdays and phone at 1-877-637-2673.

How to decide
The Credit Repair Organizations Act gives you the same rights with either company.
- No fee before the work is done (15 U.S.C. 1679b). Ask when the first work fee is charged.
- A written rights disclosure before you sign (1679c).
- A written contract with the total of all payments, the services and the time frame (1679d). Use it to compare total cost, not the monthly headline.
- Three business days to cancel without penalty (1679e).
- No promised deletions or point gains. Walk away from any company that makes them.
- Check the record. Look up complaints and enforcement actions, and see our guide to filing a complaint against a credit repair company if something goes wrong.
